Returns & right of withdrawal

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (for several items delivered separately: of the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KAF KEF Studio, Serdar Bulut, Spengergasse 38/12, 1050 Wien, Austria, hello@kafkefstudio.com, +43 660 3988505) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to KAF KEF Studio, Spengergasse 38/12, 1050 Wien, Austria without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you tell us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Exclusion: personalised pieces

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (§ 18 (1) 3 FAGG). This includes pieces ordered through "Create your own". These pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

4. Our extended 30-day return window

In addition to the statutory 14 days, we voluntarily accept returns of regular (non-personalised) items up to 30 days after delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags. The same conditions as above apply (refund within 14 days of receiving the item, customer pays return shipping). This voluntary promise does not limit your statutory rights.

5. Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@kafkefstudio.com with your order number and a photo. Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) apply in full; in these cases we cover the return shipping. Small variations caused by hand-finishing are not a defect.
